    I was referred to this book by my psycho therapist and it was way above my expectations in every chapter. The author effectively summarizes tangible methods both familiar and unfamiliar to me despite reading a fair amount of personal growth books. "Atomic Habits" is now on my top ten list of non-fiction books to read of all time and I implore anyone else to read and/or listen to it!

    I am not much for leaving reviews, but this book LITERALLY saved my life. When I started reading it, i honestly thought it was going to take me forever to finish it. (I spent years without opening a book). But this book was so good I finished it in about 2-3 weeks. It transformed my life. It made everything easier. Everything made sense. Great book and a must read. It changes you.

    I have read a lot of self books in my life, but this book I Think it is the only that open my mind. If I had read earlier, my life would be much better. Yet this book helps me in my life with different ways. You need it now, trust me. Remember never is too late to read that book and practice it. I adore the tips that it has. Probably I will read it again in my vacation.

    I read this book in two days. Atomic Habits by James Clear is a book about a young man who suffered an injury from baseball as a kid, that overcame triumphs an tribulations. He leads with self help examples an strategies on how to break bad habits realistically over a period of time. Day to day transitions, that help lead to huge results. Also crediting different sources along the way. A must read. This book helped me to Stop being a Hoarder. Each day I put something away, when I came home from work. The real work is creating a system that you use daily to break that bad habit! In a month there was a huge difference in my home. Thank you!
